Context
RezVault positions itself as a national database of recruiter-vetted candidates that gives companies access to a broader talent pool — while keeping candidate identities confidential until authorized.
The Challenge
Marketplace products live or die by trust and clarity. RezVault required a multi-role platform (companies, recruiters, candidates), confidentiality by design, and an MVP that was credible enough to onboard early partners and support real workflows.
My Role
I led early-stage discovery and roadmap definition, aligned stakeholders around an MVP scope, and drove delivery cadence toward the first usable release. As the product matured, focus expanded to release stability, quality, and onboarding/commercial enablement.
Approach
- MVP defined around the core trust workflow: search → request → controlled access
- Roadmap designed to reduce ambiguity and protect scope discipline
- Iteration loops to refine usability and operational workflow as adoption grew
- Delivery governance improved over time: cadence, QA discipline, release readiness
Outcomes
- Delivered a structured MVP roadmap and first usable release aligned to the platform's trust model
- Improved delivery predictability as scope and adoption evolved
- Supported onboarding and commercial confidence through clearer workflows and stability
