I'm a delivery leader focused on shipping outcomes in complex, real-world environments — where priorities change, stakeholders disagree, and execution still has to happen.
Over the last 5+ years at Go Interactive, I've led cross-functional teams delivering platforms for global clients, working across long-term programs and greenfield builds. I'm comfortable aligning C-level stakeholders, partnering with engineering leadership, and building delivery rhythms that teams can sustain.
How I work
I'm highly adaptive by design — methodology-agnostic and tool-flexible. I adjust frameworks and ways of working to fit the team and the client context, while keeping expectations clear and progress visible. What I'm not willing to flex: transparency, realistic planning, and delivery quality.
Technical Literacy
Bridging the gap between business and engineering requires a leader who speaks both languages. While not an architect, my grounding in technical fundamentals allows for high-level translation between stakeholders and dev teams — ensuring feasibility is assessed accurately and quality is protected. This technical literacy ensures that delivery process never comes at the expense of engineering excellence.
What's next
I'm now based in Aberdeen (UK) and open to UK-based roles — either Head of Delivery, Delivery Director, or senior leadership positions where I can help build delivery capability across teams, not just run a single project.
